In researching the gay & lesbian community throughout history many papers, pictures, books and personal accounts have been documented and are in wide circulation. It is my personal opinion that lesbian, gay, trans, queer, intersex and two-spirited people have always been on the planet, and there are likely as many of these people here now per capita as there were two or ten thousand years ago. However, there are trends and cycles in society that allow minority groups a voice, or times when it has been safer, or the only option, to take shelter in hiding. It is my goal to document these communities; seeing if trends & patterns express astrologically, in turn, substantiating the experiences of many and transforming ignorance and intolerance into understanding and acceptance.
There are many ways to view and understand the world, and there are many ways to facilitate the change from tolerance to acceptance. My way is through the lens of astrology. I have studied both personally and formally within the last 15 years and will continue to seek greater understanding of the world we share via astrology, as this study illustrates.
